Prices in naira. Pay with card, bank transfer or USSD through Paystack. A payment covers 30 days, or 12 months if you pay yearly. Nothing renews by itself unless you choose auto-renew.
Before you decide
- What happens when the free trial ends?
- If no new tender in your trades has reached you on WhatsApp after 3 days, we keep the trial going a day at a time until one does, up to 7 days, so you see a real alert before you decide. When it ends, your WhatsApp alerts stop and the full tender list locks. Nothing is charged, because we never take a card for the trial. Your alert settings are kept, so choosing a plan later picks up where you left off.
- Does a plan renew automatically?
- Only if you choose to. A payment covers 30 days, or 12 months if you pay yearly, and when it runs out alerts pause until you pay again. If you tick "Renew automatically" when you pay by card, we renew it for you: you get a WhatsApp message 3 days before each charge, and you can turn it off on your Account page at any time.
- Is there a yearly option?
- Yes. It's one payment that covers 12 months, at the same price as 12 monthly payments, so you don't have to pay every month.
- Can I change plan later?
- Yes, from your Billing page. The time you've already paid for is converted at its value: moving to a cheaper plan gives you more days, a dearer one fewer. Then the new payment's time is added on top.
- How do I pay?
- Through Paystack, by card, bank transfer or USSD. We never see your card number: Paystack holds it. If you turn on auto-renew, we keep only a reference Paystack gives us to charge that card, and we delete it when you remove the card or delete your account.
- Which plan should I pick?
- Starter covers Nigerian government tenders and the newspaper adverts, which is most of the work. Professional adds international and donor-funded tenders (UN, World Bank, EU, ECOWAS), instant alerts for big tenders, deadline-change notices and a colleague. Enterprise adds oil and gas (NipeX), an eligibility checklist on every tender and up to 5 colleagues. If you track a few trades for one business, Starter is enough.
- Can my colleagues get the alerts?
- On Professional (1 colleague) and Enterprise (5). Add their number on your Account page and they confirm with a code sent to their own WhatsApp. They can reply STOP at any time.
- Where do the tenders come from?
- Government portals, oil and gas and donor programmes, and the sites that republish newspaper adverts. See every source and when we last checked it. Every tender links to its original advert so you can check it yourself.
- How do I stop the messages?
- Reply STOP on WhatsApp, or use Pause on your Account page. It takes effect straight away.
- What do you do with my details?
- We use your business name, number and alert settings only to send your alerts. We don't sell them, and you can ask us to delete them at any time, in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act. Privacy policy
