We collect your business name, contact name, email address, WhatsApp number, a scrambled (hashed) form of your password, and your alert preferences to deliver the service. Payments are handled by Paystack, which holds your card details; we never see your card number. If you turn on auto-renew we keep a reference Paystack gives us to charge that card, and the card's brand and last four digits so you can recognise it; we delete these when you press "Remove card" on your Account page or delete your account. Your phone number is used to send WhatsApp alerts you have opted into; reply STOP anytime to pause them.

To keep free trials to one per business, we record the IP address an account was created from and set a cookie on your device noting that it has been used for a trial. Neither is shared with anyone.

In line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act (2023) you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time. We do not sell your data.
